James J. Higham, Jr.

An associate in the law firm, James J. Higham, Jr., has concentrated his practice in personal injury law and litigation since 1990, focusing on serving clients in the areas of premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction site injuries, products liability, and medical malpractice. Attorney Higham has practiced law since 1980. His experience as a corporate attorney, a senior trial attorney with a national property and liability insurance company, and a trial attorney with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office has expanded the firm’s expertise in dispute resolution and trial litigation. A Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army (Reserve) Judge Advocate General’s Corps, he is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and was an active duty military attorney.
