Peter J. Moran

Peter J. Moran is an associate of the law firm, concentrating his practice in the area of worker's compensation, representing individuals who have been injured in work related accidents.  In addition, Attorney Moran represents clients before the Social Security Administration, as well as in civil courts.  Attorney Moran's prior work experience includes practicing as a staff attorney for a major insurance company for over a decade, concentrating in the area of worker's compensation, giving him valuable insight into the practices of insurers and handling worker's compensation matters.  Attorney Moran's experience in the insurance industry enables him to represent his client's interests more effectively, both as a zealous advocate in prosecuting worker's compensation claims successfully, and in obtaining favorable resolutions of those claims as a seasoned and skilled negotiator. 

Attorney Moran obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree at Boston College in 1984, and his "Juris" Doctor degree at Boston University School of Law in 1987.  He has practiced law in Springfield, Massachusetts since 1987 handling claims both in Western Massachusetts and in the Worcester area. 

Attorney Moran is admitted to practice law in both the state courts of Massachusetts and in the Federal District Court of Massachusetts.
