Theodore E. Dimauro is Of Counsel to the firm.  He currently acts in an advisory role and practices in a limited capacity.  He has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1958, over 48 years.  He has extensive experience in personal injury law.  He specialized in workers' compensation, motor vehicle, slip & fall, and medical malpractice law.  He also practiced in municipal law, including public employee disability retirement cases.  He has experience in real estate development law issues. 

Attorney Dimauro is the former Mayor of Springfield (1978-1984) where he distinguished himself as a leader in the re-development of downtown Springfield and initiated many good financial and business management practices.  He also served on the City Council 8 years and the School Committee 7 years.  He served on the Governor's Council 3 years.  (1975-1978).  While Mayor, he received many awards including a "Save the Children" award for innovative children's health program.  He was appointed by the Governor to several study commissions and was recognized as a leader in municipal government.

He is a graduate of St. Michael's College and Boston College Law School.  At Boston College Law School, he was a member of the Law Review.  He also attended New York University's Graduate Tax Program.  He is licensed to practice before all Massachusetts Courts, the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court.  He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Hampden County Bar Association.
