Charles R. Casartello, Jr., is a partner in the law firm. Since 1990 he has concentrated his practice in personal injury litigation, workers' compensation, and Social Security law. Attorney Casartello is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Hampden County Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers.

In 2000 he received the Harriet Louise Hardy Award for outstanding service to workers in issues of health and safety.
