A partner at PSRB, Attorney Seeley focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, workers’ compensation, and Social Security disability law. He has been practicing law for over 25 years and has resolved thousands of workers’ compensation claims and other personal injury cases. He has also achieved numerous seven-figure results for clients injured in serious motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, and other serious tort cases.
Before joining the firm, Attorney Seeley served as Senior Legislative Assistant to United States Congressman Sherrod Brown of Ohio. He is a graduate of The George Washington University and earned his Juris Doctor from The American University, Washington College of Law.
Attorney Seeley serves on the Board of Directors for both the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA) and the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG). He has been a faculty member for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Workers’ Compensation Seminar more than half a dozen times and has authored chapters in several editions of the MCLE Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation Update. He has been recognized by several industry groups for outstanding work in the practice of workers’ compensation and personal injury law.
He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts, as well as before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents and the Social Security Administration. He is also an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Hampden County Bar Association.
Attorney Seeley lives in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, with his wife, Kristin, and their three daughters.
