Michael P. Cardaropoli is a Partner at the law firm of Pellegrini, Seeley, Ryan & Blakesley, P.C. His practice is concentrated in the areas of Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, and Social Security Administration law.

Attorney Cardaropoli joined the law firm in 2008. Prior to that, he gained extensive experience in evaluating and administering disability claims  working as an adjuster in the insurance industry. That position gave Attorney Cardaropoli insight into the adjudication of disability insurance claims by understanding the inner-workings of insurance companies. This gives him an advantage in successfully negotiating and litigating claims on behalf of injured clients.

Attorney Cardaropoli received his Bachelor's degree in Business from American International College and his Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University, School of Law. Attorney Cardaropoli has served on the faculty of the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), Workers' Compensation Committee. He has lectured on many topics in workers' compensation law and, in 2013, was the featured speaker at the annual MCLE workers' compensation law seminar for the yearly case law review and legislative update. In 2014, Attorney Cardaropoli co-authored the Massachusetts Workers' Compensation Practice Guide which was published by LexisNexis. Most recently, he served as the Vice Chair of the Mass. Bar Association, Workers' Compensation Sub Committee, where he routinely worked with attorneys, judges, and court administrators throughout the Commonwealth of Mass. dealing with complex legal and administrative issues.

Attorney Cardaropoli is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts in Massachusetts and before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents and the Social Security Administration. He is a member of the Mass. Bar Association,the Hampden County Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
