A partner at PSRB, His practice is concentrated in the areas of personal injury litigation, workers' compensation, and Social Security.

Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Seeley was Senior Legislative Assistant to United States Congressman Sherrod Brown of Ohio. Earl is a graduate of George Washington University and a graduate of the Washington College of Law.

Attorney Seeley has served as a panelist for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminars and has authored chapters in the last several MCLE Massachusetts Workers' Compensation Updates. Attorney Seeley was also named a Massachusetts "Rising Star" by the publication Super Lawyers for 2006 and 2007.

Attorney Seeley is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents and the Social Security Administration. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Hampden County Bar Association.
