Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Cardaropoli was employed as an insurance claims examiner. In this position, he investigated and managed disability claims for a third party administrator of private-label disability insurance policies. This experience gives him insight into the adjudication of disability claims as well as the ability to successfully negotiate and litigate claims on behalf clients injured in the workplace.

Attorney Cardaropoli is a graduate of American international College and Western New England College School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Massachusetts and before the Social Security Administration and the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents. Attorney Cardaropoli is a member of the Hampden Bar Association.
