Patrick J. McHugh is a partner in the law firm. Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1993, he has dedicated his practice to representing injured people in Massachusetts. He focuses in personal injury litigation, concentrating on serving clients who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, construction site injuries, medical malpractice and injuries related to products. He represents clients before the Social Security Administration as well as in civil courts.

Attorney McHugh’s prior work experience as an insurance attorney and litigation claim supervisor has given him valuable insight into the insurance business and its practices. Mr. McHugh’s understanding of insurance company objectives and methods of evaluating claims enable him to represent his clients’ interests more effectively and successfully.

A skilled negotiator as well as a focused and highly motivated advocate, Attorney McHugh is adept at getting to the heart of the matter and resolving many of his clients’ claims quickly.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Merrimack College and his Juris Doctor degree at the Massachusetts School of Law. A member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Hampden County Bar Association and Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers, Attorney McHugh is admitted to practice in the state courts of Massachusetts.
